She is a certified, bonded and insured Notary Public, a trained Loan Signing Agent and an Apostille Carrier serving the Las Vegas valley, and also handles jail notary visits and field inspections.

What do I need to bring to a signing?
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every person signing, plus the complete, unsigned document. If witnesses are required, let us know in advance so we can help arrange them.
How fast can you get to me?

What is an apostille and do I need one?
An apostille is a certificate from the Nevada Secretary of State that makes a notarized document valid in other countries. If a document is going overseas for school, work, marriage, adoption or business, you likely need one. We handle the full process.
Can you notarize at a hospital or care facility?
Yes. Hospital, hospice and senior living signings are a regular part of our work. The signer must be alert, willing and able to understand what they are signing.
How much does it cost?
Nevada sets the notary fee per signature. Mobile travel and loan signing fees depend on location and package size. Text or book a consultation for an exact quote before we come out.
